16-17 Winter Final Schedule - The finals schedule for 9-12th grade is posted on the website, www.fbaofallon.org, click calendar tab and look at December. Please be sure to check times/dates. All 9-12th grade students are required to be at final exams
Scholastic Book Fair - Mark your calendars for Monday, November 14th-Friday, November 18th for our Scholastic Book Fair. Last year our profit from the book fair provided money for books for our students and our on-line library checkout system. Sports Calendar – Basketball has begun! Please come and support your students and the FBA teams. Please check the website, www.fbaofallon.org, for game locations and times.
13th Annual Holiday Outreach Mission Project for O’Fallon Food Pantry - Our mission focus for Christmas will begin next week. The collection jar will be located outside the FBA office for all coin/money donations. We want to encourage you to allow the students do special projects around the home to make money to contribute toward the purchase of food for the O’Fallon Food Pantry. The students from each class will then shop at Schnuck’s for the food on December 9th and our Student Council students will deliver the food.
Willie Wonka Auditions – Audition packets are available in the office beginning Tuesday, November 1st. In order to audition, the completed packet is due back in the FBA office NLT Monday, November 21, 2016. Auditions will take place for 3-6th grade students on Thursday, December 8th from 3:15-4:30 pm and Friday, December 9th for the 7-12th grade students from 3:15 –4:30.
FBA Yearbook- We will do our “All School Picture” for the yearbook on Thursday, November 3rd. Please have your students wear FBA apparel or Navy shirts. Keep those pictures coming! Thanks to so many of you who are sending them to us. Your help is greatly appreciated. Scrip Order - Three more opportunities to order SCRIP before Christmas. Our next SCRIPorder is due in the office by noon on Tuesday, November 8th . Let Pat know if you have any questions, 726-6040.
School Cancellation Due to Weather – When weather is such that we need to close school, School closings will be listed on KSDK Channel 5, KMOV Channel 4, and KTVI -FOX News Channel 2. Emergency text messages will also be sent to those who have signed up to receive those texts.
Picture Day – Friday, November 4th. Retakes are on Thursday, December 8th.
Host Home for Foreign Exchange Students: We have an opportunity to host foreign exchange students at FBA in the near future.
